Description
Vecoxan® 2.5 mg/ml Oral Suspension
Vecoxan (diclazuril), an oral suspension indicated for the treatment and prevention of coccidial infections in lambs and to aid in the control of coccidiosis in calves.
Vecoxan is effective against coccidiosis caused by Eimeria crandallis and Eimeria ovinoidalis in lambs; and by Eimeria bovis and Eimeria zuernii in calves.
- Can be used in any weight of calf, indoors or out.
- No meat withdrawal period – for market flexibility.
- No need to dilute manure from treated animals before spreading as Vecoxan has no adverse effects on fish and insect populations in the natural environment.1
- A single oral dose – easy to administer.
- Allows natural immunity of youngstock to develop.

Indications for use
For the treatment and prevention of coccidial infections in lambs caused in particular by the more pathogenic Eimeria species, Eimeria crandallis and Eimeria ovinoidalis, and to aid in the control of coccidiosis in calves caused by Eimeria bovis and Eimeria zuernii.
